Data we process

When you send an enquiry, we process the details entered in the form: your name, email address, company or brand if provided, selected service and message. The technical system may briefly process an IP address to protect the form against abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare requested information or an offer, and protect the form and website. Processing is based on steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in secure business communication.

Retention and recipients

Form messages are not stored in a separate website database. They are delivered to our business mailbox and retained for no longer than 12 months after the latest communication, unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Hosting, business email and technical security providers may process the data only as needed to provide their services.
